• Acknowledgment for the first signature of each signer $15.00

• Each additional signature of each signer $7.50

• Administering an Oath or Affirmation $7.50

• Certified Copy $7.50

• Jurat for each signature on the Affidavit $15.00

Client must present a valid form of ID as follows:

• State-issued driver's license

• State-issued identification card

• U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State
